Omni Interactions is looking for a fully remote Reporting Analyst, who will be working as a contractor in Guatemala, to join our finance staff. In this role, you'll be key to taking data sets from both Omni and our clients and putting them together in a useable way. Your reports will be used to drive the business forward!

Who is Omni? Omni is a remote, work-from-home customer service gig platform. Omni partners with Gig Brand Ambassadors (GBAs), who are independent contractors that have specialized skills and represent brands across multiple channels, such as: email, text, phone, chat, and AI bot.

Summary 

As a Billing Analyst, you'll dive into all client and Omni provided data, understanding what it all means, and using Microsoft PowerBI, build reports that are easy to understand and meet the needs of the end users. You will have amazing communication skills, both written and verbal, helping offer guidance to users by turning data into discussion points and offer suggestions to improve on the reporting needs of the organization.

Tasks You’ll be Performing in this Role

• Coordinate the management of data sources - focusing on data integrity and availability
• Develop and maintain business-focused standardized reporting
• Service requests for ad hoc analysis
• Focus on optimizing and improving data processes through automation and new technology
• Develop effective dashboards, comprehensive reports, and provide meaningful insights
• Research, analyze and resolve reporting related issues and concerns
• Communicate with leadership regarding results, error resolution, and improving performance
• Perform other tasks and special projects as needed

Skills Desired for someone in this role:

• 1 - 3 years of reporting and data analysis or other relevant experience
• Experience in the BPO Industry and/or Gig Economy preferred
• Proficiency with Office 365 and dashboarding tools such as Power BI or similar
• Ability to streamline processes and functions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage large unstructured data sets and turn them into organized and usable data.
• Be proficient in foundational statistical methodologies
• Machine learning and programming language acumen are a plus

Hourly rate and Benefits:

• Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm Eastern time (flexible based on time zone) – supports departments located across 5 time zones in the US and Canada
