Omni Interactions is looking for a fully remoteReporting Analyst, who will be working as a contractor in Guatemala, to join our finance staff. In this role, you'll be key to taking data sets from both Omni and our clients and putting them together in a useable way. Your reports will be used to drive the business forward!   Who is Omni? Omni is a remote, work-from-home customer service gig platform. Omni partners with Gig Brand Ambassadors (GBAs), who are independent contractors that have specialized skills and represent brands across multiple channels, such as: email, text, phone, chat, and AI bot.
